This is based out of a scene from an episode from the Puffy Ami Yumi Show...

Now here we see two customers, Kairi and Zelda, eating sushi, but what they don't know is that the chefs purposely added an allergic reaction potion to make them bloat out like balloons...

Ah, yes, and the chefs responsible for this are Chef Not Tofer and Chef Bzzap...

Yep, that's why Not's Tofer is the best restaurant ever, cause once you go in, you'll be waddling your way out after we're done with ya!
